Care Instructions:

• Vacuum the rug regularly without using a brush.
• Only have the rug professionally cleaned.
• To reduce wear on both the rug and the floor, consider using a rug underlay. These can be found among the optional accessories.
• Pills may occur where the rug is subject to heavy traffic, furniture movement, vacuum cleaner brush, or other strenuous handling. Vacuum your rug before removing the pills, use a pill remover or scissors. Be careful to only remove the fluff without damaging the rug deeply. Finish by vacuuming the rug in the direction of the pile.

Please note that pilling is a normal behaviour for this type of rug and usually subsides over time. This is also a characteristic of all finer wool rugs. It is good to know that pilling/woolly rugs are not a manufacturing defect but characteristic of this type of manufacturing technique and material. It also largely depends on usage and maintenance.
