Returning via service point is easy: simply attach the included return label to the package and drop it off at any DHL service point.
Once the return is handed in, it takes approximately 14 days for us to process it and issue the refund. How the refund is made depends on the payment method you used when placing the order.
If you want to track your return, you can do so by entering the tracking number from your drop-off receipt (which you receive either in hand or via email).

I didn’t receive a return label in the package
No problem! Contact us at info@sleepo.eu, and we’ll send you a new return label.
You can choose to print it yourself or ask us to send it to you by post – just mention your preference in the email.

If your order was delivered to your home, follow these steps:
Email us at info@sleepo.eu and state which products you would like to return.
Please include in the email which date would suit you best for the pickup (DHL collects Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00). We’ll try to book the time you suggest. If it’s not possible, we’ll book a pickup two business days from the day we reply to you.
You’ll receive your return label(s) and pickup confirmation via email.
Print the label, pack the products carefully in the original packaging, and attach the label.
Have the driver sign the receipt at pickup – this serves as your proof of return.
If the booked time doesn’t suit you, you can contact us or DHL to reschedule.
Remember to book the return pickup within 14 days to be covered by the return policy.
Important: You are responsible for making sure the product is packaged well enough to be returned without damage or dirt during transport.
The product must be returned in its original packaging. If the product is not in original condition, you may be charged for loss in value, even if the packaging is considered part of the product.
I am unable to print the labels myself
No problem! Just include that in your email to info@sleepo.eu, and we’ll print and mail the label and receipt to you.
We use Klarna, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and card payments (processed via Kustom). Refunds are always returned to the same payment method you used at checkout.
Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
Refund handling depends on which Klarna product you used during checkout:
Klarna Pay Now (Direct banking / card)
If you paid directly with your bank or card via Klarna, the refund returns to the same card or bank account. Processing time: 2–5 business days.
Klarna Pay Later (Invoice)
If you used Klarna invoice:
Processing time: 2–5 business days after Klarna receives confirmation from Sleepo.
Klarna Pay in Instalments
If you split your payment:
Processing time: 2–5 business days.
Important: Klarna refunds are handled entirely by Klarna once Sleepo has processed the return. For invoice reminders or extensions, customers can manage everything in the Klarna app.
Refunds through PayPal always return via the same payment method used for the original purchase:
PayPal Balance:
Appears immediately or within 24 hours.
Linked Card:
Refund returns to the same card. Processing time: 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
Linked Bank Account:
Refund appears in 2–5 business days.
PayPal Credit / Installments:
Refund reduces your outstanding PayPal Credit balance. If the refund exceeds the balance, the remaining amount is returned to your bank account or card.
PayPal sends an email notification when the refund begins.
Refunds automatically return to the card linked to your Apple Wallet. Apple Pay is not a separate account — it’s your regular bank card.
Processing time: 1–5 business days, depending on the card issuer. You usually receive a push notification in the Apple Wallet app.
