Care Instructions:

• Vacuum the rug regularly without using a brush.
• Only have the rug professionally cleaned.
• To reduce wear on both the rug and the floor, it is recommended to use a rug underlay. These can be found among the optional extras.
• Pills may form in areas of high traffic, moving furniture, vacuuming with a brush attachment, or any other demanding handling. Vacuum your rug before removing the pills, use a pill remover or scissors. Be careful to only remove the fluff without damaging the rug deeply. Finish by vacuuming the rug in the direction of the pile.

Please note that pilling is a normal behaviour for this type of rug and usually diminishes over time. This is also a characteristic of all finer wool rugs. It is good to know that pilling/fluffy rugs are not a manufacturing defect but characteristic of this type of production technique and material. It also depends largely on usage and maintenance.
