Try your bed at home for 90 days

We believe that buying a bed from us should be easy, safe and convenient. We also believe that it is much fairer to let you try your new bed at home in peace and quiet instead of a few minutes fully dressed in a store.

If your new bed feels too soft or too hard, we give you the opportunity to change the comfort of the bed. It often takes time to get used to a new bed, so we want you to try it out for at least 30 days. After 30 days and up to 90 days of use, you have the option to change the comfort of the bed, either to a firmer or softer comfort.

If you feel that you have chosen the wrong firmness on your new bed, contact our Customer Service and they will help you order a new mattress core in firm or medium firmness from only SEK 500.

NOTE!
A double bed (160x200, 180x200 and 180x210 cm) from Sleepo Beds consists of two mattress cores. If you want to replace both sides of the bed, you therefore need to order two new cores for SEK 500 each.

The offer is valid for Venus, Jupiter, Tellus and Dream Continental beds and Adjustable beds from Sleepo Beds purchased from 1 June 2018.

Things to consider when choosing firmness:

The firmness of the bed lies in the spring system of the mattress. The more springs the mattress consists of and the tighter the springs are bound, the firmer the feeling you get. With us, you can choose between a Medium or Firm firmness.

When trying out a bed with pocket springs, it is important that you get into the bed so that the springs have the chance to work properly and provide the right support for your body. The bed should be soft enough to allow your hips and shoulders to sink into the mattress properly, but firm enough to keep your back straight in the position you usually sleep in.

Adjusting for weight?

Your weight is very important when choosing the firmness of your bed. To generalise a little, the heavier you are, and the older you get, the firmer the bed you prefer. If you weigh less than 80kg, you should generally choose Medium, and if you weigh more than 80kg, you are usually happiest in a bed with a Firm firmness.

• Under 80kg = Medium
• Over 80kg = Firm

PLEASE NOTE! Jupiter Continental and Ramsäng are often perceived as a softer bed and you can advantageously choose Fast even if you would normally choose Medium.

What position do you usually sleep in?

Most of us have a favourite position when we sleep. This is the position you lie in during the first and most important part of sleep. If you sleep on your back or side, you may need a slightly softer bed to allow your shoulders and bottom to sink in properly. If you sleep on your stomach, you need a firmer bed so that you don't sink down too much with your chest, causing neck and back pain.

How does your current bed feel?

Finally, think about what kind of bed you have at the moment. If you have problems with your hips and shoulders in particular, this is often because you have a bed that is too hard and therefore does not sink into the bed enough. The same goes the other way round, if you feel that you are currently sinking too much into the bed and because of this you get pain in your back and neck, you should invest in a firmer bed than you currently have.

1. Placing an order

   You order your new dream bed on Sleepo based on your needs and budget.

2. Try it out for 90 days

   Normally it takes about 30 days to get used to a new bed. We give you up to 90 days to try the bed in your bedroom.

3. You sleep well in your new bed

   In most cases, you'll be perfectly happy in your new bed and sleep well for years to come.

4. Does the firmness need to be adjusted?

   In the unlikely event that you need to change the firmness, contact our customer service and they will help you order a new mattress core in firm or medium firmness.

5. Delivery of the new mattress

   The new mattress core in the chosen firmness is sent to your home via home delivery. You can also keep the old mattress.
