Care Instructions:

• Regularly vacuum the rug without using a brush.
• Only have the rug professionally cleaned.
• To reduce wear on both the rug and the floor, use a rug underlay. These can be found among the optional extras.
• Pills may appear where the rug is exposed to heavy traffic, furniture movement, vacuum cleaner brush, or other stressful handling. Vacuum your rug before removing the pills, use a pill remover or scissors. Be careful to only remove the fluff and not damage the rug deeply. Finish by vacuuming the rug in the direction of the pile.

Please note that pilling is a normal behaviour for this type of rug and usually subsides over time. This is also a characteristic of all finer wool rugs. It is worth knowing that pilling/fluffing rugs is not a manufacturing defect, but characteristic of this type of manufacturing technique and material. It also largely depends on usage and maintenance.
