Care Instructions:

• Vacuum the rug regularly and not with a brush.
• Only leave the rug for professional cleaning.
• To reduce wear on both the rug and the floor, consider using a rug underlay. These can be found among the optional extras.
• Pills may occur where the rug is subjected to heavy traffic, moving furniture, vacuum cleaner nozzle with a brush, or other stressful handling. Vacuum your rug before removing the pills, use a pill remover or scissors. Be careful to only remove the fuzz and not damage the rug deeply. Finish by vacuuming the rug in the direction of the pile.

Please note that pilling is a normal behaviour for this type of rug and usually subsides over time. This is also a characteristic of all finer wool rugs. It is good to know that pilling/fluffing rugs is not a manufacturing defect, but characteristic of this type of manufacturing technique and material. It also largely depends on usage and maintenance.
