Roots is a timeless sofa bed from Karup Design. With Roots, you not only get a sofa but also a double bed with a backrest that can be manually adjusted. Roots transforms quickly and easily, making it perfect for those with limited space and for guests.

Roots comes with a futon mattress. The mattress is 12 cm high, filled with recycled fibres, and also has a 4 cm thick foam core. The upholstery is a textile blend of 80% cotton and 20% polyester.

About FSC
The sofa bed is FSC-certified, meaning that the furniture is made of wood from forests that meet the highest social and environmental standards. These forests are continuously inspected to ensure they continue to adhere to FSC's strict principles.

Care Instructions
Karup's blended fabric is made of 80% cotton and 20% polyester. As the majority of this fabric is made of natural raw material, be sure to use a sheet when sleeping on your product with blended fabric. Clean only with a dry cloth to avoid stains.
