It includes 50 recipes with accompanying texts that describe Bottura's inspiration, ingredients, and techniques. With photographs by Stefano Graziani and Carlo Benvenuto, this is Bottura's first book and a deep dive into modern Italian gastronomy. The book is hardcover.
