Care Instructions:

• Vacuum the rug regularly without using a brush.
• Only have the rug professionally cleaned.
• To reduce wear on both the rug and the floor, it is recommended to use a rug underlay. These can be found among the optional extras.
• Pills may appear where the rug is subjected to heavy traffic, moving furniture, vacuum cleaner brushes, or other stressful handling. Vacuum your rug before removing the pills, use a pill remover or scissors. Be careful to only remove the fluff and not damage the rug deeply. Finish by vacuuming the rug in the direction of the pile.

Please note that shedding is a normal behaviour for this type of rug and usually calms down over time. This is also a characteristic of all finer wool rugs. It is good to know that pilling/shedding rugs are not a manufacturing defect, but characteristic of this type of manufacturing technique and material. It also depends largely on usage and maintenance.
