Care instructions:

• Vacuum the rug regularly, but do so without a brush. Vacuum on both sides.
• To reduce wear on both the rug and the floor, consider using a rug underlay.
• Avoid dragging furniture back and forth over the rug. Use furniture pads/wheel protectors under sofa and table legs.
• Pilling may occur where the rug is subject to heavy traffic, furniture movement, vacuum cleaner with a brush, or other strenuous handling.
• Shedding may occur, especially when the rug is new, but usually diminishes over time. However, there are no guarantees that the rug will stop shedding.
• Do not expose the rug to direct sunlight.
• Always take your rug to a professional cleaner for proper flat washing. After washing, the rug may in some cases become "bubbly," which usually disappears after use.
• Avoid dry cleaning as much as possible as the chemicals may dry out the fibres.
• Rotate the rug regularly for even wear.
