Care instructions:

• Regularly vacuum the rug, however, do so without a brush. Vacuum on both sides.
• To reduce wear on both the rug and the floor, use a rug underlay.
• Avoid dragging furniture back and forth over the rug. Use furniture pads/wheel protectors under sofa and table legs.
• Pilling may occur where the rug is subjected to heavy traffic, moving furniture, vacuum cleaner brush, or other stressful handling.
• Shedding may occur, especially when the rug is new, but usually diminishes over time. However, there are no guarantees that the rug will stop shedding.
• Do not expose the rug to direct sunlight.
• Always take your rug to a professional laundry for proper flat washing. After washing, the rug may in some cases become "bubbly," which usually disappears after use.
• Avoid dry cleaning as much as possible as the chemicals can dry out the fibres.
• Rotate the rug regularly for even wear.
