Valmont is hand-knotted and tufted in wool by skilled craftsmen where shapes and patterns are sculpted by hand. This makes each rug unique and gives it a lively, artisanal expression.
Since the rug is soft and pliable, a non-slip underlay is recommended to keep it securely in place.
The rug is delivered folded and needs to be laid flat for a while so that the natural fibres can regain their shape and the surface becomes even.
As each rug is handmade, minor variations in measurements may occur, which is a natural part of its character.
Valmont is produced in limited editions, and only a few of each size are available for purchase.
The rug is made of wool, a durable and naturally dirt-repellent material that makes it well-suited for daily use.
Since wool is a natural material, some shedding of fibres may occur initially.
