The Nagomi chair from Blomus is inspired by the simplicity and elegance of nature, conveying a sense of harmony and comfort. Japanese designer Kazushige Miyake has created the Nagomi chair from four simply curved parts in FSC-certified plywood, ensuring a sustainable origin. The wood comes from Croatia and is sourced from forests within a 90-kilometre radius of the factory. The production process is resource-efficient with minimal material waste, and any surplus material is used for wooden pallets. Additionally, the factory is equipped with solar panels, making the production process almost climate-neutral.
