Sleepo Collection
Delivery by week 26
Chunky Coffee Table from the Sleepo Collection combines powerful design with natural materials and becomes a clear focal point in the living room. The table has a sleek, rectangular shape with wide legs and a prominent tabletop that together create a stable and balanced feel. The brown-stained finish highlights the wood grain and gives the table a warm and elegant expression.
Solid design with modern lines
The table is made with a sturdy MDF frame and has a surface in oak veneer. The combination of materials provides a solid feel while keeping the construction lighter than solid wood. The straight lines and proportions make the table easy to combine with various interior styles, from classic to modern.
Natural surface in brown-stained oak veneer
The oak veneer has been treated with a brown-stained varnish that enhances the wood's natural structure. Colour variations and grain in the veneer surface contribute to a warm and lively feel, while the protective varnish facilitates maintenance and cleaning.

Daily cleaning
Use a soft microfibre cloth, dry or lightly dampened with water, to clean the surface. For light dirt, lukewarm water with a mild, pH-neutral dish soap works well. Always dry after cleaning to avoid water stains and prevent water from seeping into joints.
For tougher stains
For tougher stains, you can use a solution of lukewarm water and a small amount of mild soap. Strong chemicals should be avoided, such as products containing ammonia, alcohol, acetone, bleach, or abrasives, as these can dissolve or damage the varnish surface.
Protection and preventive measures
To protect the furniture and preserve the surface, it is important to always use coasters for glass, copper, vases, and hot items. Place furniture pads or felt pads under items placed on the furniture to prevent scratches. Avoid placing the furniture in direct sunlight as UV radiation can bleach the wood and dry out the varnish. Keep the furniture away from radiators or other heat sources that may cause the varnish to crack. For best results, the room's humidity should be kept stable, around 40–60%, as dry air can cause the wood to crack or swell.
Polishing and maintenance
Lacquered furniture does not need to be oiled as the varnish provides a protective, sealed surface. To refresh the shine, you can use a furniture polish suitable for lacquered surfaces. If you want to be able to re-varnish the furniture in the future, choose a polish without silicone or wax. Minor, surface scratches can sometimes be subdued with the help of polish or gently polished away with a very fine polishing cloth, without using abrasive materials.
Things to avoid
Never leave wet cloths, pots, or other damp items directly on the surface as it can cause water rings. Do not use scouring pads, steel wool, or sponges with abrasive surfaces as these can scratch the varnish. Also, avoid placing very heavy items directly on thin parts of the furniture, as point loading can lead to cracks in the varnish surface.
