Square is a handwoven hallway rug with a classic checkered pattern in white and green. Material and construction
The rug is made of wool in the weave and has a warp in cotton. The thickness is 0.7 cm. Thanks to the flat-woven construction, the rug is reversible and easy to place under furniture. The natural properties of wool make the rug durable, dirt-repellent, and easy to maintain. Since each rug is handwoven, a size variation of ±5% may occur.

Care and durability
Regularly vacuum the rug – on both sides and underneath – without a brush and with reduced suction power. Rugs with pile should be vacuumed in the direction of the pile. Rotate occasionally for even wear. Use furniture pads under heavy furniture and avoid direct sunlight to preserve the colour. Comb long pile with a wide-toothed comb to keep it looking nice. Wool may shed initially – this is normal and will diminish over time.

Stains and cleaning
Blot up spills immediately with paper towels. Gently scrape off dry stains from the outer edge inwards. Use lukewarm water and mild soap or detergent – dab instead of rubbing. For tough stains, consult a professional cleaner. Wool rugs should not be machine- or dry-cleaned, and rugs with viscose or Tencel content should always be handled by a professional.
