Square is a handwoven hallway rug that combines classic design with natural materials. The stylish checkered pattern in soft shades of grey and natural tones gives a timeless and harmonious look that suits most homes. It is made of wool, making it both durable and comfortable to walk on – perfect for hallways and kitchens.

The rug is handwoven in wool with a cotton warp and has a thickness of 0.7 cm. The flatweave structure makes the rug reversible and easy to furnish on. As each rug is handmade, size variations of ±5% may occur.

Vacuum the rug regularly – on both sides and underneath – without a brush and with reduced suction power. Rugs with pile should be vacuumed in the direction of the pile. Rotate it occasionally for even wear. Use furniture pads under heavy furniture and avoid direct sunlight to preserve the colour. Comb long pile with a wide-toothed comb to keep it looking neat. Wool may shed initially – this is normal and will diminish over time.

Blot up spills immediately with paper towels. Gently scrape off dry stains from the outer edge inwards. Use lukewarm water and mild soap or detergent – dab instead of rubbing. For tough stains, consult a professional cleaner. Wool rugs should not be machine- or dry-cleaned, and rugs with viscose or tencel content should always be handled by a professional.
