Roots sofa bed now in a larger size! Roots is a timeless sofa bed from Karup Design. With Roots, you not only get a sofa but also a double bed with a backrest that can be manually raised and lowered. Roots transforms quickly and easily, making it perfect for those with limited space and for guests.

Roots comes with a futon mattress. The mattress is 12 cm high and filled with recycled fibers, featuring a 4 cm thick foam core. Upholstered in a textile blend of 25% linen and 75% cotton. Frame in brown lacquered pine.

About FSC
The sofa bed is FSC-certified, meaning it is made from wood sourced from forests that meet the highest social and environmentally friendly standards. These forests are continuously inspected to ensure they continue to adhere to FSC's strict principles.

Care Instructions
Karup's linen fabric is a blend of 25% linen and 75% cotton. Linen is a natural material that requires special care. Linen does not tolerate water. If your linen-covered futon gets wet, stains may occur. Therefore, avoid cleaning with water. Use an uncoloured cloth to pat the wet area dry to prevent staining.
