The Kassablanka table lamp from LYFA is an iconic design classic designed by Simon P. Henningsen in 1964. The lamp consists of four interconnected aluminium cubes that together form a sculptural whole with a graphic expression. Through rectangular cutouts in the metal surface, the light is filtered and diffused as a soft, glare-free glow – creating a lively and dynamic play of light in the room.
The unique shape and glossy surface inspired the lamp's name – a playful combination of the mythical city of Casablanca and Lyfa's former address on Blanka Road in Copenhagen. Kassablanka is an iconic aluminium table lamp with sculptural design from the 1960s. Place it on a sideboard, desk, or in a window to add visual character and atmospheric lighting.
