Eos Feather Lamp from Umage/Vita, designed by Soren Ravn Christensen.
The lamp is made of thin paper and approximately 1800 goose feathers in a beautifully light brown shade.
Provides a soft and pleasant light - equally beautiful as a ceiling lamp or table lamp.
The lamp is only delivered as a shade. Holder for light source, cord, and various types of stands are available for purchase separately.
Remember to only use LED light sources. Regular light bulbs can get too hot, causing the rice paper to yellow and dry out.
The feathers have not been plucked from live animals but are a by-product from the food industry.
