Cornea Wall Lamp White 15cm

The Cornea 150 wall lamp from LYFA is a unique and timeless luminaire, designed by the iconic Danish sculptor Henning Koppel in 1965. The wall lamp consists of an inner diffuser in opal glass that spreads a soft and pleasant light, perfect for creating ambiance in different rooms of the home. The asymmetrical outer shade frames the light and gives the lamp its characteristic shape – inspired by eyelids that envelop a light source.

The design's name, Cornea, is a reference to the cornea – the transparent part of the eye that allows light to enter and creates visual clarity. This makes the lamp more than just lighting; it becomes an artistic expression with functional lighting effect. An ideal solution for those seeking wall lamps in opal glass with Danish design or sculptural lamps for soft room lighting.
