Seat Care
The seat usually requires very little maintenance. For daily cleaning, simply wipe with a soft and lightly damp cloth. If needed, the cloth can be dampened in a mild and colourless soap solution, but this should be avoided too often as it can wear on the rope.
Spills on the Rope
If liquid spills on the rope, it is recommended to gently wipe with a soft, wrung-out cloth. Dab gently to avoid rubbing the liquid into the material. Note that strong liquids can cause discolouration.
Wooden Parts Care
The chair's wooden parts are treated with lacquer. These can be cleaned or maintained with furniture polish as needed.
Placement in the Home
Avoid placing the chair near heat sources such as radiators or similar as the heat can affect the material's durability and shape.
