Our incredibly popular sofa Billie is now available in an even grander version – as a 4-seater sofa! You can't miss Billie when entering a room. Its bulky shape and wide armrests are completely on-trend. The sofa looks just as stylish from the back as it does from the front, making it easy to place almost anywhere. Besides its fantastic appearance, it is very comfortable to sit in, making it an excellent choice for evenings in front of the TV. When you first see Billie, it may appear tight and structured with a focus on its appearance. However, when you sit in a Billie for the first time, you will be surprised at how incredibly soft and comfortable the sofa is! The sofa is divided into two sections that can be easily placed next to each other to create a complete sofa. Fabric The fabric is a blend of polyester (48%), acetate (37%), cotton (8%), and wool (7%) with a bouclé finish and is Easycare marked, meaning it is treated to resist stains. Martindale: 35,000 Pilling: 3-4 Colour fastness: 5 Care instructions: Do not wash Öko-tex: Yes Construction The sofa is built on a sturdy wooden frame with nozag springs that help distribute the sofa's comfort evenly across its surface. Billie's seat cushions are filled with cold foam to ensure the sofa maintains its shape without feeling stiff and hard. The seat is also padded with silicone, which is a more allergy-friendly option for those who are sensitive to down. The back is padded with the same material as the seat plus polyurethane foam. Care instructions Billie is a fantastic sofa where both comfort and appearance are hard to beat. However, like many other sofas, Billie needs a little extra care from its owner regularly. Depending on usage and time, the bubbles in the seat may feel slightly worn down, which can easily be fixed by massaging the bubbles to redistribute the fibre filling. Do this regularly to extend the lifespan and increase its comfort. In general, we also recommend vacuuming Billie, in all fabrics, regularly (about every week) with a soft attachment and low suction power. The bouclé fabric is an Easycare fabric that is easy to care for and does not need to be impregnated. The fabric is impregnated during the manufacturing process, and Easycare does not recommend applying a new (different) impregnation agent on top, as it may reduce the effectiveness of the original impregnation. Since the bouclé fabric is certified with Easycare, stains are not as big of a problem. Stains are best removed with warm water and a little dish soap.
