Engmo Dun Astrid Down Pillow Firm & High 50x60

Goose down is large and airy, providing soft pillows. Rest really softly on Astrid (soft & low, soft & high) or get a slightly firmer feel with Astrid (firm & high). All pillows are filled with specially selected large goose down.

The blend of down in this pillow makes it slightly firmer to rest on. If you often lie on your side and prefer more support, this is the pillow for you: Astrid – Firm & High.

Astrid is available in three variants. The two softer ones (soft & low, soft & high) contain 90% European white goose down, and the firmer one (firm & high) contains 60% of the same down. The cover is sewn in soft, dense fabric in the finest cotton cambric/twill. The top is white-striped, and the underside is white with piping and embroidery.

Engmo Dun's down is washed, sterilised, and carefully sorted so their duvets and pillows are guaranteed free from allergenic substances. All their products are well-tested and approved by independent sources:

• Best quality (free from chemicals) (STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX^® Class I).
• Pure down (Downafresh^® greenLine, EN 12935).
• Completely mite-free (NOMITE).
• Guaranteed newly produced down (EN 12934, Class 1).

• Airing: All Engmo Dun duvets and pillows retain their airy feel for many years, but they always benefit from more fresh air. So, air them as often as you can, preferably every morning. This way, the down distributes and feels as light and comfortable as usual. Year after year.
• Washing: Only wash your duvet or pillow if necessary and then in water (60 degrees). Use a gentle detergent that moisturises the down. It is easy to use descaling agent with enzyme-free detergent, as it often contains citric acid that does not harm duvets or pillows.
• Centrifugation: We recommend at least 1200 revolutions per minute. When the duvet/pillow is done, it's good to take it out, shake it a bit, and centrifuge it again. Then centrifuge and dry in a tumble dryer as usual (can take about 6-8 hours). Shake the duvet or pillow. If it smells dry and fresh, they are ready to use again.
