The story behind Layered
Malin Glemme is the founder and Creative Director. Malin was looking for a carpet that was sustainably produced at a reasonable price, this was not the easiest. Malin took matters into her own hands and produced her own design and found a family business in Bhadohi, India that produced the rug, which was then featured in an interior design magazine. Malin received more and more enquiries about where she bought the rug and that's when the idea to start Layered was born.
