Product Information Manager at Sleepo - Temporary position

About the role

We are looking for you who are both structured and creative, and who want to play a key role in how Sleepo'srange is presented online. As Product Information Manager, you will be responsible for presenting our products in an inspiring, informative and selling way - with the customer in focus.

You will be part of our purchasing team, where you work with posting and updating products on the website, creating engaging product texts and ensuring that all product information is accurate and inspiring. The work is mainly done in our PIM system Norce, and you are in regular contact with suppliers to collect product data and images.

The role will suit those who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, where everyone pitches in and ideas can quickly become reality.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

• Managing and updating product data in our PIM system (Norce)
• Create and optimise product texts and descriptions
• Responsible for all image editing and image updates
• Ensure product information is accurate, inspiring and sales-driving
• Communicate with suppliers to collect and quality assure product information

Your profile

You are meticulous, enterprising and curious - with an eye for detail and an interest in how the right product information can impact the customer experience.
You enjoy working independently, take your own initiatives and have the ability to prioritise and drive your work forward at a fast pace.

We look for you to have:

• Relevant post-secondary education
• At least 1 year of experience in similar work, preferably in e-commerce
• Good computer skills and experience of Photoshop and Excel in particular
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Experience with the PIM system Norce
• Language skills in Norwegian, German or Finnish
• Interest in design, furniture and interior design

Type of employment and location

The position is a full-time parental position starting 7 January 2026 and is expected to last until May 2027, working from our office on Markvardsgatan in Vasastan, Stockholm.
