About the internship

As an intern in our customer service team at Sleepo, you work daily to answer customer questions via phone, email and chat. You help customers with product questions and questions about customers' orders and where you always strive to give that little extra for the best possible service. In addition to answering customer questions, you get to try working with sales by phone, email and having customer meetings in our showroom.

We are looking for you who

Are studying and looking for an internship in customer service and are curious about working at a company that is growing and thinks that the customer experience is always at the centre. You express yourself well in speech and writing and are comfortable using the telephone as a working tool. You should also enjoy customer meetings as we have a showroom where we meet our customers. As we are expanding in Norway and Finland, one of the requirements is that you must be able to write and speak fluent English. In addition to this, we will teach you and give you good and useful experience in an interesting e-commerce world!

Are passionate about service and thrive in a role where there are many social contacts. You are mature, confident and love to help others. Of course, you are punctual and reliable and take great responsibility for your tasks, ensuring that they are completed on time and in a satisfactory manner. Furthermore, the role involves varied tasks in a fast-paced environment, which requires you to be flexible and accurate so that information does not fall through the cracks. Finally, you will work closely with great colleagues in our customer service team and with me, the Head of Customer Experience, as your supervisor.
