About the role

The role involves responsibility for the entire customer journey, delivering a first-class customer experience to our customers. You will be answering customer queries via phone, chat and email, assisting customers with everything from product queries, delivery issues and any problems that may arise along the way. In addition to answering customer questions, you will work with sales via phone, chat and email and receive customers in our showroom.

We are looking for you who

Have experience of customer service via phone and email and have an excellent sense of customer service while being driven to deliver a world-class customer experience.

You are meticulous, stress-resistant and passionate about service. You should be good at recognising details, have a keen interest in orderliness and like to have many balls in the air. You are articulate in speech and writing and comfortable using the telephone as a working tool. You should also enjoy customer meetings as we have a showroom where we receive customers.

Part of the work requires deviation management where you as an individual need to be decisive, customer and solution-oriented. You should also have the ability to deliver excellent customer service in all situations and be the problem solver when errors occur.

As a person, you are passionate about service and thrive in a role where there are many social contacts. You are independent, confident and love to help others. Of course, you are punctual and reliable and take great responsibility for your tasks, ensuring that they are completed on time and in a satisfactory manner. Furthermore, the role involves a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment, which requires you to be flexible and accurate so that information does not fall through the cracks. Finally, you will work closely with your colleagues, which requires you to have good teamwork skills.
