Mohair is an extremely fine and soft wool from the curly Angora goat. The fibre is often called "the diamond fiber" because of its sheen and shine. It is also known for its strength and lightness as well as its warming properties. You can recognize knitted mohair as it is surrounded by a delicate halo of fluff.
