We currently deliver to Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, and France.

Which delivery method applies to your order depends on the country, size, weight, and number of parcels.
Smaller orders are shipped as parcels – either to your home or to a pickup point, while larger orders are sent via home delivery with DHL (which, in some countries, cooperates with local delivery partners).

NETHERLANDS

Parcel Connect

  • Shipping cost: Free shipping on orders over €79*. Orders below €79: €7 shipping fee.
  • Carrier: DHL Parcel NL 
  • Delivery time: 3–4 business days after dispatch from our warehouse
  • Parcel size limit: Max 20 kg, 0.3 m³
  • Number of parcels per shipment: 1
  • Pickup period: Parcels delivered to a service point or parcel locker are held for 7 days before being returned to us

How delivery works

For deliveries to the Netherlands, we collaborate with DHL, which uses DHL Parcel NL for the final part of the delivery within the country. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link that allows you to follow your shipment. Please note that the tracking link becomes active within 24 hours.

At checkout, you can choose between home delivery, service point (pickup location), or parcel locker delivery.

When your shipment arrives in the Netherlands, you will receive an email or a notification via the MyDHL app, where you can track your order and, if needed, change the delivery method or delivery date.

If the recipient is not at home, the parcel may—depending on the selected delivery type—be left in the mailbox, delivered to a neighbour, or redirected to the nearest DHL service point.

Pickup requirements

  • Service point: ID and signature required
  • Parcel locker: PIN code only (no ID required)

Unclaimed parcels are returned to us, and a handling fee of €25 will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery days: Monday to Saturday
Delivery window: 11:00–21:00 (or until 18:00 in some areas)

How delivery works

For larger orders, we offer home delivery via DHL. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment. Please note that the tracking link becomes active within 24 hours. 

When the shipment arrives in the Netherlands, you will receive an email or app notification with the planned delivery date and time. If the proposed delivery does not suit you, you can change the delivery option through the link provided in the notification.

Important at delivery

Delivery is made to the gate or property boundary. The driver will call shortly before delivery. Someone must be present during the entire delivery window.

Upon receipt, you sign digitally to confirm the number of packages and the condition of the packaging. Any visible packaging damage must be noted before signing.

If delivery cannot be completed

If the delivery is not received as booked, the shipment will be returned to the terminal. A fee of €49 applies for undelivered shipments.

Delivery Times

Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery to the Netherlands usually takes 3–4 business days. You’ll always receive an email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped, allowing you to follow the delivery in real time.

Please note that tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Carriers

All shipments to the Netherlands are handled by DHL Sweden, which then hands over the parcel to DHL Parcel NL for the final delivery within the Netherlands.

Returns from the Netherlands are managed through Parcel Return Connect, where you receive a prepaid return label from us.
You can drop off your return at any DHL service point, in a parcel locker, or hand it directly to the DHL courier during pickup.

BELGIUM

Parcel Connect

For deliveries to Belgium, we collaborate with DHL, which uses Bpost for the final part of the delivery within the country. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment. Please note that the tracking link becomes active within 24 hours.

At checkout, you can choose between home delivery, service point delivery, or parcel locker delivery, depending on your postal code.

When your parcel reaches the Belgian terminal, you will receive a pre-notification by email. You can track your shipment and change the delivery method or delivery date via the Bpost app or through the link provided.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your parcel will automatically be redirected to the nearest service point, where it can be collected within the applicable pickup period.

Pickup requirements

  • Service point: Signature required (no ID check)
  • Parcel locker: PIN code required (no signature or ID needed)

Returns are handled via Parcel Return Connect, where you will receive a prepaid return label. You can drop off your return at any Bpost service point, parcel locker, or schedule a courier pickup directly via Bpost.

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment. Please note that the tracking link becomes active within 24 hours.

At checkout, you can choose between home delivery or delivery to a DHL service point, depending on what options are available in your area.

When your parcel has arrived in Spain, you will receive a delivery notification via email from noreply@dhl.com with delivery details. If you have provided a mobile number, you will also receive an SMS notification. Using the link included in the message, you can change the delivery day or pickup location if needed.

If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the parcel may be delivered to a neighbour or redirected to the nearest DHL service point.

Pickup requirements

  • Home delivery: Signature required, no ID check
  • Service point delivery: Valid ID required upon collection

Unclaimed parcels are automatically returned to us after 10 days. A handling fee of €25 will be deducted from your refund.

For larger and bulky items, we offer home delivery to Spain via DHL Parcel Iberia. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment. Please note that the tracking link becomes active within 24 hours.

When the shipment arrives in Spain, the carrier will contact you with delivery details. It is important that someone is present during the agreed delivery window, as large-item deliveries cannot be left unattended.

Important at delivery

Delivery is made to the gate or property boundary. Upon delivery, a signature is required to confirm receipt. No ID check is required for home delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed

If the delivery cannot be carried out as booked, the shipment will be returned to the terminal. In such cases, a fee of €49 applies for undelivered shipments. If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the shipment will automatically be returned to the sender.

Delivery limitations

Home delivery is not available for the following postal code ranges: 35000–35999, 38000–38999, 51000–52999

Delivery Times

FRANCE

  • Carrier:Colis Privé (in collaboration with DHL)
  • Delivery time: 4–6 business days after dispatch from our warehouse
  • Coverage: Mainland France and Corsica
  • Maximum parcel weight: 20 kg
  • Number of parcels per shipment: 1
  • Pickup period: Parcels are held for 10 days before being returned to us

How delivery works

For deliveries to France, we collaborate with DHL, which uses Colis Privé for the final part of the delivery within the country. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link where you can follow your shipment all the way to delivery. Please note that the tracking link becomes active within 24 hours.

At checkout, you can choose between home delivery or delivery to a service point (Relais Colis).

When your parcel arrives in France, you will receive a delivery notification by email from livraison@colisprive.com, and in some cases also via SMS. Through the link in the notification, you can track your shipment and update your delivery options if needed.

If you are not home at the time of delivery, Colis Privé may attempt to contact you, leave the parcel with a neighbour, or deliver it to the nearest Relais Colis service point.

Pickup requirements

For delivery to a service point (Relais Colis), signature and valid ID are required upon collection.

Unclaimed parcels are returned to us, and a handling fee of €25 will be deducted from your refund.

Home Delivery

How delivery works

For larger and bulky items, we offer home delivery to France via DHL and their local delivery partner. Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your shipment. Please note that the tracking link becomes active within 24 hours. 

When the shipment arrives in France, the carrier will then contact you by phone to book a delivery day and time. During this call, you may also request that the driver calls a few minutes before arrival, if desired.

Important at delivery

Delivery is made to the gate or property boundary. It is important that someone is present during the entire agreed delivery window. Upon delivery, you will sign digitally to confirm the number of packages received and the condition of the outer packaging. Any visible damage to the packaging must be noted before signing.

If delivery cannot be completed

If the delivery cannot be carried out as booked, the shipment will be returned to the terminal. In such cases, a fee of €49 applies for undelivered shipments. If the delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the shipment will automatically be returned to the sender.

Signature & ID

A signature is required upon delivery. No ID check is required for home deliveries.

Delivery limitations

We do not deliver to overseas territories. Delivery is limited to mainland France.

Delivery variations

Combined Deliveries

We always strive to make things as smooth as possible for you as a customer – while also keeping the environment in mind. That’s why we aim to combine shipments whenever possible. As long as your products are shipped from the same warehouse, they will be sent together. This means that the product with the longest delivery time determines the total delivery time for your order.

Would you prefer to receive your items separately? You can simply place two separate orders:

  • one for products marked “In stock – ships immediately”
  • and another for made-to-order items.

You can also contact our customer service via email, chat, or phone, and we’ll be happy to help arrange a partial delivery for you. 

Partial Deliveries

In some cases, orders are automatically split into multiple deliveries. This happens because some of our products are shipped from different warehouses. If you’ve ordered a mix of products from various locations, your order will automatically be divided into separate shipments.

Delays

Occasionally, delivery delays may occur. If any product in your order is delayed, you’ll always receive an email update with a new estimated delivery time. We continuously monitor all shipments and will update you as soon as we receive new information from the carrier.

Postponement

We can help you postpone your delivery by up to one month, based on the estimated delivery time. The estimated time is always displayed under each product on our website.

To postpone your order:
Call us at +46 (0)8–20 87 70 before completing your purchase. You can prepare your order in the cart and call us just before clicking “Complete purchase”.

Please note that we cannot process postponement requests via email once the order has been placed, as we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. If your order has already entered processing, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

We currently deliver to Sweden, Norway, Finland, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, and France.
